Dr Michael C Clarke

Mike is the founder and chief shareholder of M.E.T.T.S. He has qualifications in Mining, Environmental and Chemical Engineering (including a PhD, Sydney University). Mike's areas of expertise are, Energy and Resource Development and Use, Energy Technology Development, Project Management, Wastes Management, Infrastructure Development, Desalination and Helium Resource Development. Mike is based in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Mike has been responsible for M.E.T.T.S.'s policy directions and technical investigations. He was the originator of the Radiant Tube Technology Project. He has excellent contacts in the Philippines, Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia, South Africa and Australia. He is a director of Pacific Power Partners LLC (power and energy project developers) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States and is a consultant to ENVAQUA Ltd, desalination engineers and reverse osmosis plant fabricators. Activities by PPP have included consulting on the feasibility of facilitating liquified natural gas (LNG) imports into South Africa.

Recent consulting my Mike has included consulting on Helium exploration, processing and logistics. This work followed on from previous studies on Helium development undertaken for Central Petroleum Ltd.

Tom Warlick

Tom is a shareholder of M.E.T.T.S., is the President of Pacific Power Partners LLC and is based in Tulsa Oklahoma, USA. He has qualifications in commerce and business. Tom's areas of expertise are, project finance analysis, project economics and project packaging. Tom is responsible for producing and reviewing consulting output that has economic and financial content.

Dr Duncan Seddon

Duncan is a consulting industrial chemist with a PhD from Sheffield University (UK). His areas of expertise are in raw petroleum processing that maximises the value of products. He is also an expert on Coal-to-Liquids and Gas-to-Liquids, and has provided consulting services in, energy, petroleum and legal services re coal and hydrocarbon processing, energy utilisation and technology. Duncan is based in Mt Elisa, Victoria.

John Garrard

John is a senior technician in the area of wastewater processing and potable water recovery. His expertise includes centrifuge operation analysis, maintenance (including reconstruction) and system planning, water purification including Reverse Osmosis and thermal MVC technologies, and water processing plant fabrication, construction and commissioning. John is based in the Central Coast of NSW.

Geol Robert Aird

Robert is an exploration geologist with experience in, hard rock minerals, coal, rare earth elements and petroleum. He has worked in Zimbabwe, Sarawak, Yemen, Sudan and the UK. Robert is based in Brisbane, Queensland. Robert has been employed as a mining strategist and has been a consultant on mineral and energy investments. He is a former founder and director of Troy Resources Limited, Rimfire Pacific Mining Ltd and listed on the ASX, Ballarat Goldfields Ltd and Fosterville Gold Ltd..

Stephen Reid

Stephen is a chemical engineer with expertise in desalination, water purification and process design. Steve is based in Bangkok and is a director of ENVAQUA, desalination engineers and RO plant fabricators.

Paul Wagner

Paul has professional qualifications and experience in languages and management. He has undertaken organisational management for publishers in Nepal and India. Paul is based in Sydney, Australia.

While an associate of M.E.T.T.S. (since 1997), he has assisted in project planning and administration. Paul has designed this website as part of his management and promotional activities for the company.
