Professional Experience -- as an Associate of M.E.T.T.S. Pty. Ltd.
During 1996/97, assisted Mike Clarke in the preparation of an Expression of Interest for the Technical Assistance package for the Asian Development Bank's Philippine Natural Gas Regulatory Framework Study. (Particular assistance was provided with organising meetings with ADB staff, and ensuring that the documentation met the Bank's requirements.)
In January 1996, assisted in the appraisal of the Sucat power station for conversion to coal firing. During 1996, helped in maintaining contacts in Manila for Mike Clarke with Government, semi-government and private groups involved in the power industry, with special reference to developments concerning the Sucat and Bataan Thermal power stations.
During the second half of 1996, helped Mike Clarke in preparing a programme for examining new LPG opportunities in the Southern Philippines for an Australian energy company.
Jack's recent work has included a conceptual study for an underground metro railway for Manila, Philippines
